Chapter 4 in your Week 2 readings discusses the importance of observation in developing research questions.  I would like you to describe a human behavior/interaction that you observed over the past week.  Describe the people involved, the situation, and the events that took place.  Then, come up with 2 or 3 research questions that you might have about this situation.  If you wanted to learn more about this behavior, what observation techniques could you employ?

Now, imagine that you are developing a self-report questionnaire to measure the construct that you chose. Discuss the types of questions that you would want to ask in order to measure that construct. What would be the advantages and disadvantages of using a self-report questionnaire to measure this construct?
