Watch the “Estimating Portion Size” animated video at Ch. 1 of WileyPlus® located on the student website. This will assist you in relating your own portion sizes to the standard serving size.

 

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper of your 3-day diet analysis, including a screenshot of your final results. Your paper must be in APA format and include a title page, 700 to 1,050 words of analysis, and a separate reference page. Include the following details in your paper:
