Evaluator’s Toolbox: We have talked about many data collection methods that can be used in participatory research.  In this discussion, you will discuss how focus groups can be used to develop consensus regarding program design and outcome objectives.   But your Acme Corporation Behavioral Health supervisor is concerned that she will need to “sell” the idea of a focus group to GlobalEd.  In this discussion, you will present ideas to help her develop a presentation of the importance of focus groups and questions that might be asked in a focus group to guide the development of the program design and outcomes for the Behavior Management Services Division.
