Do you use Turnitin to check for plagiarized work?

We check every paper for plagiarism before sharing with the client. However, we employ other plagiarism checkers such as Plagscan and PlagiarismDetect that do not submit uploaded work into a database and not Turnitin. The Turnitin service submits all uploaded works into a database and if your professor used the service to check your work; the report would indicate 100% plagiarism.
