Writing Assignment: Researching Innovation (2 paragraphs)
As a teen consumer, you are surrounded by products that have literally “changed the world” in the last five years. Whether you have an MP3 player, video game, or your own personal computer, you more than likely have access to many time-saving, innovative products. Choose one of the companies that have produced an innovative product that you use often. Then in a writing assignment that is at least two well-developed paragraphs in length, answer the following questions.
- Who was the person or team who created the company?
- As the entrepreneurs of the company, how did they combine the factors of production to make life easier or more convenient for Americans?
- Identify at least three benefits of purchasing and using this product.
- Can you think of any drawbacks or problems the company has faced or may face in the future?
