Module 3 Discussion
“Personality” refers to the relatively stable pattern of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that characterize a person, along with the psychological processes behind these characteristics. Understanding your personality builds self-awareness and may suggest the need to build skills to better fit the demands within specific work environments.
- Please access and complete the Big Five Project free online personality assessment (Links to an external site.) and the Myers-Briggs Personality test at the HumanMetrics website (Links to an external site.).
- Complete the assessments, report your results (include your four-letter personality type) and describe if the findings/results fit your perception of yourself. What new insights did you discover? How do these findings align with your career goals?
- In responding to at least two classmates’ posts, identify challenges you might have working with the selected classmates’ personality types. What actions could you take to improve your interactions?
Remember to cite your sources following APA guidelines. Include two academic sources in your initial post, which is due Thursday by midnight.
