Based on the solutions that you identified in Phase I, prepare a paper that contains at least 1,000 – 1,500 words which will address the following:
A. BRIEFLY, describe the issue as stated in Phase I;
B. BRIEFLY, explain each of your possible solutions (no more than two paragraphs for each solution) that were identified in Phase I and include the pros and cons (no more than two paragraphs for each solution) of each of the possible solutions.
C. Determine and explain which ONE solution is the most effective.
D. Explain your reasoning for choosing the proposed solution.
E. Explain why the solution will work.
F. List the steps that are needed to implement your solution.
Paper is to conform to APA format. Assignment must have at least three authoritative published references.
This paper should be a submitted as separate paper, i.e. there is no need to include ALL the discussion that was presented in Phase I other than the BRIEF description of each solution and the pros and cons of each solution as described above. The only element that was included in Phase I that should be included in Phase II, in its entirety, is the Description of the Issue. This paper should include a NEW Conclusion.
Paper is to conform to APA format. Post your presentation in the Team Forum as an attachment. Assignment must have at least three authoritative published references.
The Team paper should be organized so that each of the assignment elements, A – F, serves as the subheading followed by the discussion.
The Team will also prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the Health Care Reform material. Assume that you are making a presentation to the Board of Directors concerning your investigation into the economic issue selected by the Team. The presentation should contain a minimum of 10-15 slides, excluding the Title and Reference slides, with extensive Speaker Notes augmenting and explaining the information presented.
The PP Presentation and your team Phase II paper is to be posted in Team section listed in the student web site using the subject line, “Team A, or B, etc., Wk 5 Team Assignment Phase II” BY THE DESIGNATED TEAM MEMBER.
NOTE: Slide requirement excludes Title slide and Reference(s) slide. Title slide must contain same information as Title page of papers, see APA Sample paper for format.
A Certificate of Originality must be filled out and submitted as a separate document along with each assignment either an Individual assignment or a Team assignment. The Individual Certificate of Originality and the Team Certificate of Originality forms are posted in the course materials forum.
